• Analyze inventory levels and stock movements to ensure optimum inventory availability.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.

• Generate inventory reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

• Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure inventory requirements are met.

• Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend improvement actions.

• Support inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting activities.

• Maintain and update inventory records within the ERP system.

• Participate in stock counts, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and improve inventory control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions).

• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with large volumes of data.
