Summary of Function:

To be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support across multiple communication channels. Your primary role is to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels

· Provide accurate information about our products and services

· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner

· Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback

· Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed

· Identify recurring issues and support continuous service improvements

   Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in any field

· Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both spoken and written)

· 1–2 years of customer service experience (phone, email, chat, or social media support)

· Strong communication and active listening skills

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally

· Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
