Responsibilities

Job Brief

Responsible for driving the growth of Sharp Home Appliances across marketplace and social commerce platforms through various initiatives, including e-commerce store management, live commerce, affiliate marketing, and social commerce campaigns.

This role will be responsible for increasing product visibility, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), while strengthening Sharp's presence and relevance among digital-first consumers.

The incumbent will work closely with the Product Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce Operations, and Content teams to execute commercial campaigns that support Sharp's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Store Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Sharp's online stores and official marketplace platforms.

  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.

  • Optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics.

  • Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and optimized to maximize conversion.

Live Commerce Management

  • Develop and execute monthly live commerce calendars.

  • Coordinate hosts, promoters, influencers, and agency partners.

  • Plan and execute live-selling activities during key campaigns such as 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12.

  • Monitor live commerce performance and continuously improve conversion rates.

Affiliate & Creator Ecosystem Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and content creators.

  • Develop incentive programs to encourage product advocacy and sales generation.

  • Build strong relationships with creators in the home appliance, lifestyle, family, home improvement, and technology segments.

  • Monitor affiliate performance, sales contribution, and return on investment (ROI).

Content Commerce Strategy

  • Develop content strategies that effectively showcase product features, consumer benefits, and real-life usage scenarios.

  • Identify trending TikTok content opportunities relevant to Sharp products.

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce:

    • Product demonstrations

    • Home solution content

    • Before-and-after scenarios

    • Lifestyle integration content

    • Product comparison content

Campaign & Product Launch Execution

  • Support the launch of new products across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.

  • Execute TikTok Shop mega campaigns and seasonal promotional activities.

  • Coordinate campaign assets, promotional mechanics, and execution timelines.

  • Ensure campaign activities are aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies.

Consumer Engagement

  • Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and online engagement.

  • Identify frequently asked questions and content opportunities to improve customer understanding.

  • Enhance the overall customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on:

    • Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)

    • Traffic

    • Conversion Rate

    • Live Commerce Performance

    • Affiliate Sales

    • Content Engagement

    • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and reviews.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Shop, Social Commerce, or e-commerce management.

  • Experience managing TikTok Live sessions and affiliate programs.

  • Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or retail industries will be an added advantage.
