Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to our customers and attend to their enquiries.
• Data entry and maintenance of data in our online Global System.
• Communicate and coordinate with our principal office and other overseas branches/offices.
• Prepare and compile statistical reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field
• Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients
• Pleasant personality with good people communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply
