DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Sales Coordinator (with Admin Support) with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outside sales activities (field sales) to develop new customers and expand market coverage.

2. Promote company products to potential clients across assigned areas/accounts.

3. Maintain relationship with existing customers and follow up on sales opportunities.

4. Achieve sales targets as assigned by management.

5. Identify new business opportunities and report market feedback.

6. Follow up on customer enquiries, order status, and delivery arrangements.

7. Provide regular sales updates and reports to supervisor/management.

8. Communicate customer feedback and market issues to relevant departments.

9. Support general admin task if necessary.

Requirements :

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma preferred but not required).

2. Willing to perform outside sales / field work.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word.
