Culture & Change Partner, APAC - Global European MNC
We are hiring Culture & Change Partner, APAC to drive and embed the One World culture across APAC by translating global culture and change frameworks into practical, locally relevant initiatives. The role partners closely with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs, and business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors, collaboration, and performance during transformation and integration phases

Roles:
Culture Deployment & OD:
- Acting as the regional focal point to localize cultural pillars, integrate messaging into leadership forums, and design workshops that improve team effectiveness and leadership mindsets.
Change Management & Integration:
- Supporting structured change initiatives, particularly regarding Post-Merger Integration (PMI), by diagnosing cultural risks and utilizing stakeholder mapping and communication tools.
Community Engagement
- Building and enabling an APAC Cultural Influencer network, equipping them with toolkits to cascade transformation initiatives and gather local feedback.
Measurement & Insights:
- Analyzing Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) data to identify engagement drivers and tracking the effectiveness of culture and leadership interventions.
Must Have
- 6–8 years’ experience in Culture, OD, Change Management or HR Transformation
- Hands‑on delivery of culture or change initiatives in regional / multi‑country environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related fields
Good to have
- Experience working in APAC / multicultural contexts, Exposure to post‑merger integration or large‑scale transformation
