Job Description:

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Import & Export Declarations Assistant/Executive to join our team in PKFZ. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and possess at least 3 years of experience in declaration (using any system). Freshers with relevant knowledge or training are also welcome to apply as junior declarants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit declarations (K1/K2/K8/ZB)
• Coordinate and plan daily declaration activities
• Communicate with customers, liners, and customs officers
• Follow up closely with clients to ensure timely processing
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in import/export declarations (any system)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Junior declarants with basic experience or training are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
