REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B), industrial, or technical industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Good commercial awareness with ability to manage accounts independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar to tender management processes and ePerolehan is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.

2. Support management of existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and long-term partnerships.

3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing submissions in accordance with approved guidelines and internal processes.

4. Support tender submissions (including ePerolehan where applicable) and ensure documentation completeness.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategy.

6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.

7. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Maintain proper sales documentation and prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
