REQUIREMENTS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
2. Support management of existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and long-term partnerships.
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing submissions in accordance with approved guidelines and internal processes.
4. Support tender submissions (including ePerolehan where applicable) and ensure documentation completeness.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategy.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
7. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Maintain proper sales documentation and prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
