Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute decentralization projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate the setup and operations of new centers in identified locations.
- Build partnerships with local communities, organizations, and authorities.
- Support student recruitment initiatives and provide accurate information to prospective students.
- Promote community engagement through CSR activities and local collaborations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Develop operational guidelines and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and students.

Requirements :

• Bachelor / Master or PhD in Business, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of academic experience, with proven involvement in academic management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage academic processes effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
