- Review and ensure customer orders are processed accurately.
- Print orders for processing and shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and update inventory records, including stock in, stock out, and new stock arrivals.
- Manage online sales platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and BigSeller.
- Ensure all scheduled orders are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and deliveries promptly.
