Job Description
Responsibilities
1. To develop / implement / review / evaluate Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) programs, policies and procedures according to regulations.
2. To maintain records of safety information to meet or comply with government requirements.
3. To represent the SHE committee as Secretary and assist the Committee in implementation of a safe & healthy workplace.
4. To create safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes.
5. To monitor all aspects of SHE tasks in the workplace and accessing hazardous area to ensure employee safety.
6. To conduct weekly workplace inspection to ensure health and safety of workplace to reduce the incident rate.
7. To interact with various authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and KPDNKK whenever required.
8. To investigate accident / incident at workplace and report to DOSH in timely manner.
9. To create safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes.
10. To conduct safety briefing for visitors and new join employees.
11. To organize SHE related activities and training modules to ensure all employee are fully aware and adequately trained according to legislation (e.g. Tool box briefing, meeting etc).
12. To conduct and coordinate emergency response training to staff.
13. To prepare and maintain all SHE related documentations.
14. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
