Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and executive schedules efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation and follow-ups
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Partner's calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prioritise and screen correspondence, including emails, phone calls and documents
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports and meeting agendas
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Track deadlines and monitor key deliverables to ensure completion
- Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings with clients, business partners, vendors and employees
- Maintain professional and confidential communication at all times
- Provide support for client-facing engagements when required
- Assist in managing business priorities, projects and strategic initiatives
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate company events, leadership meetings and team sessions
- Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Support the preparation of contracts, official correspondence and internal documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
- Assist with personal scheduling matters related to the Managing Partner
- Coordinate logistics for travel, events and important engagements
