Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform assembly and production activities to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct basic inspection of products and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the work area.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen with a valid IC.
• Age between 21 – 35 years old.
• Open to all genders and must be medically fit.
• Minimum education: SPM (pass) up to Diploma.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly lines or as a Production Operator is an added advantage.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed shift schedule.
• Comfortable wearing a jumpsuit throughout working hours.
• Able to work 5 days per week.
• Able to communicate, read, and understand Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800 (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Shift Allowance: RM5/day shift or RM10/night shift.
• Quarterly Retention Bonus: RM250 (1st year only, total up to RM1,000).
• Average Gross Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000++ (including OT and shift allowance).
