Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and services
• Explain product features, promotions, and after-sales support clearly
• Assist customers with basic product setup and usage guidance if needed
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization
• Handle basic cashiering and sales documentation

Job Requirements:

• No prior retail experience required — training will be provided
• Passion for smartphones, gadgets, and technology
• Willingness to learn and grow in retail sales
• Good communication skills; able to interact confidently with customers
• Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
