Job Description
- Manage on purchasing activities such as sourcing, negotiation price, price comparison, selecting and managing China suppliers to achieve competitive cost and quantity.
- Manage transportation from China to Malaysia (FCL, LCL, Consolidation & Haulage)
- Liaise with supplier on unacceptable goods and determine preventive and corrective action.
- Manage on issue purchase order and follow up the delivery schedule with supplier & logistic.
- Inspect incoming stocks and verify availability of stocks to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Performing any other duties assigned by Manager / head of department.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/ Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess 1-2 years of relevant working experience. However, candidates with zero experience are welcome to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Required Language: Mandarin is a (MUST).
- Possess basic skills and knowledge of computers.
- Intern & Fresh grade are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
