A detail-oriented QA Executive to support our Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who want to start a career in quality assurance and gain hands-on experience with QMS implementation and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s Quality Management System documentation.

- Support the implementation of ISO13485 standards and internal quality policies.

- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits.

- Track and report non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Help monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS compliance across departments.

- Support training and awareness programs related to QMS and quality standards.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: Entry-level; internships or project experience in QA or QMS is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (iSO 13485, ISO 9001 or equivalent).

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
