Sales Coordinator - Ulu Tiram

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to help achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, proposals, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Maintain and update accurate customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
• Coordinate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, operations, finance).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and provide updates on delivery status.
• Track pending orders, payments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for management review.
• Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and preparation for sales meetings.
• Help organise and coordinate sales campaigns, client events, and product launches as required.
• Maintain high levels of organisation, paperwork, and documentation accuracy.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (especially in technology or B2B environment).
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
