Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor the Group Risk Management framework, ensuring strategic, financial, operational, technology, compliance, reputational, and business continuity risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated across all business functions
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programmes, and support the management of third-party and vendor risks
• Provide guidance, challenge, and assurance to business processes, strengthening controls and supporting informed decision-making
• Develop and drive risk awareness initiatives, including training, knowledge sharing, and facilitation exercises, to strengthen the risk culture across the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within financial services, with a strong understanding of risk management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Forms, Word, Excel including advanced features, PowerPoint); strong knowledge of ISO 31000 is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Conversant with enterprise risk management and the rules/regulations of the financial and capital markets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of integrity and maturity
• Must be a Malaysian citizen
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programmes

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
