Responsibilities

• Host daily or scheduled live sessions on TikTok and Facebook
• Interact with viewers and maintain high engagement throughout live broadcasts
• Introduce products, explain benefits, and answer customer enquiries professionally
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan live topics, promotions, and campaigns
• Build audience trust and strengthen the online community
• Assist in content creation, video shoots, and social media activities when needed
• Monitor live performance and audience feedback to improve future sessions
• Stay updated with the latest trends in live commerce and social media marketing

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field
• Experience in TikTok Live, Facebook Live, or live selling is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of large online audiences
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Able to work independently and meet targets
