Job Description

Responsibilities

Job description:

  • Compile, track, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare, develop, and distribute monthly sales reports and performance summaries for internal review.
  • Draft, send out, and manage department-related announcements, circulars, and communications.
  • Perform filing, record management, and data entry to ensure sales documents are properly maintained and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely updates.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups where required.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field (Degree is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
  • Previous experience in administrative or service sales roles is an added advantage.
