Position Summary

· Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment on the production floor to ensure the efficient and safe manufacture of products.

· Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), WI, performing routine quality checks, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

· To perform all work orders and other tasks that are assigned by line leader.

· To account for the quality and quantity of the work assigned.

· To suggest improvements to work methods.

· To always maintain housekeeping and cleanliness.

· To observe safety measures always specified or otherwise (common sense).

· To perform daily routine checks on the machine before commencement of work.

· To shut down the machine safely at end of work.

· To report any problems to the line leader immediately.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Competencies

Technical: Machine handling and operating

Non-Technical: Packing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
