Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
  • Greet all office guests.
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk/meeting room/working area.
  • Record, restock stationery.
  • Collect and sort all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answer guests' and employees' questions.
  • Decorate the office for festival celebration.
  • Arrange for courier service pickup.
  • Monitor correspondence reference number for hr/shipping and general.
  • Orginizing file for stationery/request form
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
  • Manage all office equipment such as xerox copier, water dispenser, water filter, and schedule air cond servicing, fire extinguisher replacement, replenish staff refreshment.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate and above.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
