Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management o Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. o Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and manage priorities to meet production or service targets. o Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize operations. 2. Team Leadership o Supervise and provide guidance to operational staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. 3. Performance Monitoring o Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness. o Issue and report daily performance o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet targets. 4. Quality and Compliance o Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational excellence and identify risks. o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 5. Training and Development o Provide training to team members and new hires to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall performance 6. Ad Hoc Tasks: o Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of operations.
