We are car repairer and insurance claim workshop in Alor Gajah.

Job scope includes:

Car Repair Mechanic / Technician, able to handle all kind of vehicles repairing work such as; suspension work, engine work, ECU diagnose as well as wiring work.

Requirement:

1. Ability to Work Independently

• Can work with minimal supervision and manage tasks efficiently
• Shows strong time management and a responsible attitude
• Demonstrates self-motivation and a proactive approach to work

2. Problem-Solving Skills

• Able to think independently and solve problems
• Can propose solutions when facing challenges, instead of waiting for instructions
• Shows analytical thinking and resourcefulness

3. Communication Skills (Optional but recommended)

• Can explain ideas and solutions clearly, both in speech and writing
• Works well in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibility

4. Accountability & Initiative

• Takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion
• Shows initiative in improving workflows or addressing problems without being told

5. Adaptability & Willingness to Learn

• Able to adapt to new situations and learn quickly on the job
