Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Singapore. The Wealth Manager will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and life priorities, and translate these into tailored financial plans. Responsibilities include advising on investment and insurance solutions, constructing and reviewing portfolios, and providing ongoing monitoring and rebalancing recommendations. The role involves preparing financial proposals and reports, explaining complex financial concepts in clear language, and ensuring all advice complies with regulatory and internal standards. The Wealth Manager will also proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships, participate in business development activities, and leverage digital tools to enhance advisory efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and holistic Finance to assess client needs, set goals, and design comprehensive, long-term strategies.
- Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments to construct, monitor, and adjust diversified portfolios aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Sound knowledge of Insurance solutions to recommend appropriate protection, savings, and retirement products within an overall wealth plan.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MAS-required licensing/credentials (or ability to obtain them within the required timeframe).
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible advisory practices.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and technology-enabled advisory platforms; ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, banking, or related financial services is an advantage.
