DP Architects Hiring! Full Time Architectural - Project Coordinator in - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
• Leads and manages a team of architectural personnel if possesses adequate experience;
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance.

Requirements

• Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore
• Possesses at least 5 years of working experience in relevant fiel
• dWell-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture
• Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage
