Job Overview

The Protégé (Human Resources) will support the HR team in various operational and strategic functions while gaining hands-on experience in core HR practices. This role is designed to develop fresh graduates by providing exposure to areas HR administration.

The incumbent will assist in day-to-day HR activities, maintain employee records, support HR initiatives and projects. They will also work closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Data Migration from Old HR System to Internal Application (newly setup)
• Check & Review Manual Overtimes Form
• Prepare Template for Overtime & allowances
• Update and maintain employee personal files
• Assist in updating staff movement
• Issuance of staff verification letter to 3rd party for the purpose of bank loan, visa application, etc.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 1-year working experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
