Key Responsibilities

• UI/Visual Design: Own the end-to-end visual design of our To C AI products across Web and Mobile platforms, ensuring a modern, clean, and highly aesthetic user interface.
• AI Interaction Design: Optimize consumer-facing AI interaction touchpoints, including prompt input areas, streaming text/image generation states, sandbox environments, and asset management dashboards.
• Design System & Component Library: Maintain and scale our UI design system, components, and pattern libraries to ensure visual consistency and accelerate development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Front-end Engineers to turn complex wireframes into polished, dev-ready high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• User-Centric Iteration: Analyze user feedback, community metrics, and product data to continuously iterate and refine the visual presentation, reducing user cognitive load when interacting with AI.
• Design Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of global design trends, specifically tracking emerging UI/UX paradigms in the AI/LLM space, and apply best practices to our products.

Requirements & Qualification

• sExperience: 3+ years of professional UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped To C (consumer-facing) digital products (Web/App)
• .Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (including advanced auto-layout, components, and variables) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• .Visual Excellence: A strong eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, iconography, and information hierarchy
• .Prototyping Skills: Ability to create interactive prototypes (using Figma, Protopie, or Principle) to effectively communicate micro-interactions and motion design to developers
• .Collaboration & Delivery: Familiarity with design-to-developer handoff workflows and an understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/Responsive design)
• .Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
