Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to support strategic initiatives within the E-Commerce Electronics Cluster. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing policy implementation, and ensuring successful execution of business growth initiatives across the marketplace ecosystem.
The ideal candidate possesses strong project coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
This role requires strong project management, resource planning, and negotiation skills. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant e-commerce industry experience, particularly from platform, brand, seller, marketplace operations, category management, or account management background
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Strategic Execution:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project execution for business growth initiatives within the Electronics Cluster.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status updates, and provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning and execution of marketplace initiatives to drive cluster performance and growth.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the key liaison between internal teams including Operations, Campaigns, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Business Development.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Support policy implementation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate project performance, business impact, operational efficiency, and seller experience.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and project reviews.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and project outcomes.
- Monitor marketplace trends, campaign performance, and seller metrics to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Seller Growth & Marketplace Development:
- Support seller acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives within the Electronics Cluster.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement programs that improve seller performance and marketplace competitiveness.
- Assist in policy communication, change management, and execution of strategic marketplace initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or relatedfields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, or related functions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Experience in category management, seller management, key account management, merchant operations, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business growth objectives, operational requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
