Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor

We are a growing construction and fit-out company focused on operational excellence, project execution, and scalable business growth. We are looking for capable, proactive, and growth-oriented talents to join our team and support the company’s continued expansion and operational development Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial and contract management experience? Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects.


What You Will Do

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender documents, and project cost analysis

Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Evaluate tenders, variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts

Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures throughout project execution

Assist in contract administration, contractual correspondence, and project documentation

Manage Variation Orders (VO), claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on commercial and contractual matters

Attend project meetings and support overall project commercial management

Assist in establishing commercial processes, contract administration workflows, and cost control SOPs to support company growth and operational efficiency


What You Should Have

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or building projects

Good knowledge of Malaysian construction contracts (PAM, JKR, CIDB, and FIDIC)

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with QS-related software


Added Advantages

Experience in establishing commercial processes, contract administration workflows, and cost control SOPs

Experience in building, fit-out, or infrastructure projects

Membership with BQSM and/or RISM
