Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Service Coordinator role based in Puchong. The Product Service Coordinator will manage customer inquiries and service requests related to AIDC and POS hardware, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This role coordinates with sales, technical, and logistics teams to track orders, schedule service activities, and resolve product or delivery issues. The coordinator will maintain service records, prepare basic reports on service performance, and support warranty and repair processes. The role also involves following up with customers to confirm issue resolution, gathering feedback to enhance service quality, and supporting continuous improvement of service workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Background working with or alongside customer service representatives, with an understanding of service workflows and escalation procedures.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple service requests.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with AIDC, POS hardware, or related technology products is preferred, with willingness to learn product features and service processes.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ticketing systems) to manage service records and reports.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a service coordination role.
