DP Architects Hiring! Full Time Senior Systems Administrator in Johor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Configure / troubleshoot workstations, notebooks and printer hardware including any software errors
• Triage, resolve or escalate any helpdesk or service requests raised by end-users and follow-up to ensure a satisfied resolution is provided
• Configure, operate, monitor and maintenance of network infrastructure including firewall, wide area and local area network equipment, physical and virtual servers, backup devices and UPS
• Maintain and monitor WAN and VPN connectivity between JB office and other offices within or outside of Malaysia
• Perform regular backup operations and implementation of processes for data protection
• Maintain and manage hardware / software lifecycle including asset inventories and renewals
• Manage CCTV / PABX / Door Access Systems
• Work with other overseas IT resources in the Organization to gain operational familiarity
• Maintain and implement IT documentation and policies
• To be familiar with the organization’s ISO27001 policies and controls

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalence
• Minimum 5 years in related field
• Strong knowledge on ISO27001:2023
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and relevant networking / server technologies
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft 365 products • Administrative knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper V
• Able to work autonomously and collaborate within a team environment
• Strong in communicate (verbal, and writing in English) • Learning and sharing attitude
