We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Admin to join our team. This role focuses on administrative support, order processing, and day-to-day customer coordination.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. This position requires a Degree holder, and the company is prepared to sponsor an Employment Pass (EP) for the right candidate.

• Order Processing: Handle accurate data entry, process customer orders, and manage sales-related documentation.
• Customer Support: Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and assist customers with the collection of goods at our office.
• Liaison & Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with our head office, overseas suppliers, and local vendors.
• General Admin: Perform other administrative duties as required to support daily operations.

• Education: Must possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree (strictly required for EP application criteria).
• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively liaise with our Mandarin-speaking head office, suppliers, and vendors.
• Experience: No experience needed; fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Excel), good communication skills, and a helpful attitude.
• Availability: Able to start within one month.
