About the Role.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Lead to drive financial planning, performance management, business partnering, and governance activities across the organization. This role will play a key part in supporting business growth, improving operational efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management

Requireme

• ntsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fie
• ld.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivale
• nt.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or financial manageme
• nt.Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partneri
• ng.Solid understanding of financial reporting, governance, taxation, and audit process
