Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, maintain, and manage all accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, bank reconciliations, bank accounts, and petty cash ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records;
(b) Responsible for the preparation of monthly full sets of accounts and assist in annual audits, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory or management reports;
(c) Prepare billing notices, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, and coordinate with the administration team to ensure the prompt and accurate distribution of relevant documents to customers and suppliers;
(d) Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, general ledger verification, and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards;
(e) Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, lawyers, company secretaries, and relevant regulatory authorities;
(f) Manage daily treasury functions and monitor cash flow to support the company’s operational and financial requirements;
(h) Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, cash flow projections, and profit fore-casts for management review;
(i) Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum degree in Accounting - professional qualification will be an added advantage,
· Minimum 2-3 years related working experience,
· Good in Microsoft office – e.g: excel advance user,
· Knowledge of shares, debentures and financial instrument market will be an added advantage,
· Has excellent communication skills and organization skills,
· Able to work independently and always want to learn more,
· Able to work in a team and a good team player,
· Able to work immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
