Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team.
- Train and coach staff on service standards and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and manage work schedules.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure register accuracy.
- Assist with inventory control and operational reports.
- Support restaurant promotions, events, and special campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about food service and customer satisfaction
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
