  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with CCTV systems and related hardware
  • Repair: Repair CCTV systems and related hardware
  • Testing: Test CCTV systems and related hardware, including cameras, alarm inputs, and access controlled doors
  • Documentation: Document all testing and maintenance of CCTV systems
  • User support: Assist users of remote video monitoring stations and panic buttons
