Teaching Responsibilities

• Conduct educational and enrichment classes for children aged 3–12 years old.
• Plan and organize learning activities, including lesson preparation, worksheets, assessments, and classroom resources.
• Create a fun, engaging, and student-centred learning experience that encourages participation and curiosity.
• Observe, evaluate, and track students' academic progress and developmental growth.
• Communicate students' performance, achievements, and areas for improvement with parents when required.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Support and facilitate holiday programmes, special events, workshops, and educational camps organized by the centre.
• Collaborate with the academic team on programme design, curriculum enhancement, and course implementation.
• Assist in the creation, review, and refinement of proprietary teaching materials, lesson content, and educational resources.
• Share innovative ideas and best practices to continuously improve teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM6,000+
