Account Executive Job Scope

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment collection and supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly matched and recorded.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, filing systems, and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and schedules for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit statutory payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, suppliers, and customers on accounting-related matters.
• Support year-end audit, tax filing, and financial closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock control when required.
• Provide administrative and operational support related to finance and accounting functions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
