- Minimum SPM/Certification/ Diploma with some working experience as Quality Inspector.
- Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word and etc).
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Data organization skills.
- Basic knowledge speaking and writing in English.
- Able to read basic drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Able to work on overtime.
- Conduct various quality control tests and measurements (by using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, CCD and etc) to verify product compliance with specifications.
- Able to read and interpret information from engineering drawings to generate a complete and precise inspection report.
- Identify deviation from specifications and segregate non-conforming products for further action.
- Return non-conforming products for rework and re-inspect them to confirm corrections have been made.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, statutory regulations and customer requirements.
- Support the internal and external audit (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) compliance and provide documentation as required.
- Perform calibration and ensure equipment reliability, accuracy, and compliance with calibration schedules.
- To maintain all the quality related documents and records keeping in a proper and tidy manner.
- Assist in preparing quality documentation for customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- To compile, collect and update reference document required for quality controls including drawings, specifications, codes, standards, guidelines and statutory document and material required.
- Communicate with supplier on product acceptance criteria, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and internal teams to resolve quality issues with corrective actions for timely resolution.
- Require to go supplier & customer side perform sorting or support.
- Schedule important event and any meeting as required.
- Monitor and track quality KPIs.
- Implementation of 5s in workplace.
