We are seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
What You'll Do
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating communications, supporting documentation, and assisting the team with operational matters.
The role requires strong organizational skills, good communication ability, and a responsible attitude to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative duties and office support tasks.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems.
- Prepare, organize, and update company documents, forms, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and external parties when required.
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on administrative matters.
- Support procurement, office supplies, claims, and general office maintenance when needed.
- Assist the accounts/admin department with documentation and operational support.
- Ensure all administrative records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
What You Should Have
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of working experience is an added advantage.
