Human Resource Executive

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and warning letters (e.g., disciplinary actions, policy violations).
- Promote a positive and inclusive working environment
2. Compensation and Benefit
- Monthly processing of payroll and payroll reports. Checking and making payment for allowance, reimbursement and overtime.
- Follow-up and prepare necessary documents for monthly/ yearly statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, HRD, Income Tax & HRDF.
- To work with Finance on reconciliations ensuring it is accurate after each month-end payroll closing.
- To ensure all employees data for payroll processing is current and accurate by conducting monthly payroll audit to check on discrepancies and ensuring it is resolved immediately.
- Prepare year-end Companies’ E-form and employees’ EA Forms and any other relevant forms for the company accurately to Inland Revenue Department for annual income Tax exercise.
- Coordinate annual performance assessment, salary review and administer bonus program
3.HR Administration & Employee Relations
- Manage employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.).
- Handle recruitment tasks, including job postings, screening, and arranging interviews.
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding processes (documentation, exit clearance).
- Administer employee benefits (medical claims, allowances, insurance).
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
4. Performance Management
- Support the performance review cycle and appraisal processes
- Monitor completion of performance reviews and development plans
- Provide guidance to line managers on performance-related matters
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of payroll experience and human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have leadership skill
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Possess sound working knowledge of Human Resource Management System,
- Microsoft Office, Labor Laws and payroll management (HRIS Payroll Software).
- Meticulous, attentive to details, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Multitasker and ability to work and follow through within tight timeline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
