Responsibilities:
- Assist with HACCP Documentation & QA/QC
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the development of new food products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Assist in the formulation and optimization of recipes, considering taste, nutritional content, and cost.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and contribute to consumer testing.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
- Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and food handling guidelines.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and independence in daily tasks.
- Assist with production team whenever necessary
- Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Possess own transport for commuting to and from the workplace.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and Food Handling.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of own transport for commuting.
