We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join a large-scale technology transformation initiative supporting mission-critical systems within a secure enterprise environment.

About the Rol

eAs a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve development efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence through modern engineering practices and cloud technologies

.You will play a key role in designing scalable backend solutions, enabling platform adoption, and driving engineering best practices across enterprise environments

.

Key Responsibilitie

s Design, develop, and support scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScrip

t Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to improve development workflows and system resilienc

y Assess existing technical environments and identify opportunities for optimization and automatio

n Drive adoption of engineering best practices including

: • CI/C

D • DevOp

s • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE

) • Automation Framework

s Develop transition roadmaps and implementation strategies for engineering improvement

s Build cron jobs, automation scripts, and batch processing solution

s Design and implement streaming data solutions and event-driven architecture

s Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and early-stage solution validatio

n Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation recommendation

s Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharin
