Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Air Conditioning Technician role based in Singapore. The Air Conditioning Technician will install, service, and repair various air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, identifying faults, troubleshooting system issues, and completing necessary repairs or part replacements. The role involves carrying out preventive maintenance, cleaning components, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The technician will also respond to service calls, document work performed, follow safety standards, coordinate with the operations team on scheduling, and provide basic usage and care guidance to customers.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance for air conditioning systems.
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to enhance system reliability and lifespan.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of air conditioning units and related components.
• Relevant technical certification or Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, electrical basics, and refrigerant handling; applicable licenses or permits are an advantage.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or manuals and use common diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Good communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work on-site across different locations in Singapore and perform occasional overtime or emergency call-outs when required.
