We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting activities across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, supporting project controls, identifying schedule risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual requirements.

This role requires strong expertise in project planning methodologies, stakeholder management, and schedule analysis, preferably within data center, commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale building construction environments.

Key Responsibilitie

sProject Planning & Schedulin

• gDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from design through construction, commissioning, and handover
• .Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules
• .Create and manage Level 1–5 schedules in accordance with project requirements
• .Coordinate planning activities with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• .Review contractor and subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives

.Progress Monitoring & Reportin

• gMonitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances
• .Conduct schedule analysis and critical path assessments to identify potential delays and recovery opportunities
• .Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• .Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and schedule performance
• .Support earned value management (EVM) and project controls initiatives where applicable

.Risk & Change Managemen

• tIdentify schedule risks, constraints, and potential bottlenecks
• .Develop mitigation and recovery plans to address project delays
• .Assess schedule impacts arising from design changes, variations, and unforeseen events
• .Participate in risk management workshops and project review meetings

.Stakeholder Coordinatio

• nFacilitate planning meetings with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
• .Present project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• .Collaborate with procurement, construction, engineering, commercial, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment
• .Support contract administration by providing schedule-related analysis and documentation

.Project Controls & Continuous Improvemen

• .Implement best practices in scheduling, forecasting, and project controls
