As an Application Support Consultant, you’ll help keep mission‑critical platforms running smoothly, solve real‑world technical challenges, and play a key role in shaping the bank’s digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve application issues to keep business‑critical systems running effectively.
- Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and support long‑term solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams and business users to understand problems and deliver timely fixes.
- Monitor system performance, conduct checks, and escalate issues where needed.
- Support enhancement work by writing simple scripts to automate tasks or improve processes.
- Gain hands‑on experience with tools and practices used in IT Service Management, cloud, Linux, Python and more.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Foundational technical aptitude and basic coding/programming understanding
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with technical concepts (e.g., databases, operating systems, scripting basics) and a willingness to build deeper expertise through training.
- Ability to commit to the full 2.5‑year graduate programme
- Eligible to work in Malaysia.
