Job Overview:
Grand Homes Venture is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of Villa Putra Condominium Management Office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for the management office
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for condominium operations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and accounting standards
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation
- Assist in year-end closing and liaise with auditors
- Monitor and manage financial transactions, payments, and collections
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Able to use UBS accounting software (mandatory)
- Able to use CSS System
- Able to use AutoCount accounting software
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
