Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Specialist role based in Petaling Jaya. The Client Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely updates on project progress. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, preparing client briefs and meeting notes, following up on action items, and helping to align project deliverables with client objectives. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, addressing issues proactively, and contributing ideas to improve client experience and campaign outcomes. The Client Specialist will also assist in presentations, reports, and basic account administration to support long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client-facing and internal discussions.
• Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of managing client expectations and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated understanding of Customer Experience principles, including anticipating client needs and improving touchpoints across the client journey.
• Experience in account management, client services, or a related role in marketing, creative, or agency environments is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting in Petaling Jaya.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
