Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Administrator role based in Jalan Klang Lama. The Junior Administrator will support daily office operations, including preparing and organizing documents, handling data entry, and maintaining accurate records for projects and administrative files. The role includes assisting with phone and email inquiries, scheduling meetings, supporting basic procurement tasks, and coordinating with site teams and external stakeholders when needed. The Junior Administrator will help process invoices, quotations, and supporting documents, ensuring they are properly filed and updated. This position also involves general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, basic report preparation, and providing administrative support to management and project teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and digital filing tools).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow procedures, support compliance with company policies, and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Willingness to learn basic construction or engineering terminology related to projects and documentation.
  • Minimum secondary school qualification; a certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jalan Klang Lama on a full-time basis and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
